How was the initiative for Bridgeloan.nl born?

Entrepreneur Joost Beijers is the founder and general/commercial director of Bridgeloan.nl. He earned his spurs at Bureau voor Credit Management, Groep Gerechtsdeurwaarders Nederland and is also the owner of Novel Finance. Early 2020, he noticed that initiatives to make existing real estate more sustainable sometimes unexpectedly failed, mainly due to limited financial resources. Together with co-founder and financial economist Art Nijhuis, he developed the product ‘customised bridge credit’ and successfully launched it on the market.
