What does our customized Bridge Loan look like?
With our flexible bridge loan, you have the freedom to largely determine the terms of your business bridging loan yourself:
- Flexible term
Choose a term that suits your project, between 6 and 24 months.
- Repayment or no repayment
Decide whether you repay in the meantime or only at the end of the term.
- Flexible interest rate
For example, choose a lower interest rate during the term, in combination with an exit fee.
- Roll up/credit interest
Choose to fully defer the interest payment until the end of the term, in combination with an exit fee.
- Phased construction deposit
You can take out the loan in installments draw, in step with the contractor’s terms. You only pay interest from the moment of each draw.

After the initial credit assessment, RNHB will issue the valuation assignment. Click here for the list of RNHB-approved valuers.
Final quotation and completion of file
If the valuation report does not reveal any objections or points of interest that prevent financing, the final offer will be provided. If you agree to the offer, the file will be transferred to the notary for completion.
